Account Maintenance

Existing customers can maintain their accounts by visiting our Customer Maintenance Page. It allows changing passwords, viewing invoices, account history, session history, adding email accounts, making online payments, entering trouble tickets and much more.

Adding An Email Account

Visit our Customer Maintenance Page After login, click on the tab on the top of the page. On the left side select Email Account and follow the directions!

Changing Your Password

Note: If you are a DSL customer, you cannot change the password for your main account because it is used as the password in your DSL modem, and if you change it your DSL will FAIL to connect. If you need to change your main account password please contact us for assistance. Be careful! To change any password other than your main account, visit our Customer Maintenance Page After login, click on the tab on the top of the page. On the left side select Change Password and follow the directions!

Checking Account Usage

Visit our Customer Maintenance Page After login, click on the tab on the top of the page and follow the directions!

Making a One-time Payment By Credit Card

Visit our Customer Maintenance Page After login, click on the tab on the top of the page. Fill in the form and send it.

Setting Up For Monthly Payments By Credit Card

Visit our Customer Maintenance Page After login, click on the tab on the top of the page. Fill in the Account Holder name in the left column, then in the right column change the Pay Via from Invoice to Credit Card and fill in the credit card details.
